In addition to that, the estranged husband of the ‘Jersey Shore’ star is challenging their prenuptial agreement.

Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Roger Mathews‘ split is proceeding. Four months after the “Jersey Shore” star filed for divorce from her estranged husband, the latter has responded to with a petition of his own, according to The Blast.
According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Mathews is seeking primary child custody and joint legal custody along with a schedule that is “in the children’s best interest.” In addition to that, he requests both alimony and monthly child support from JWoww. As if that isn’t enough, Mathews is challenging his and JWoww’s prenuptial agreement and has requested that a judge to find it “invalid and unenforceable.”
JWoww filed for divorce from Mathews in September 2018 after three years of marriage. In the divorce papers filed in Ocean County, New Jersey, The “Snooki & JWoww” star cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason of the split.
Additionally, she requested “primary residential custody” of their two children and asked her estranged husband to pay for child support, health insurance and funds for other health care expenses. She also requested to be listed as a trustee for their children life insurance policy. As for their property, the 32-year-old demanded their assets, which were obtained during their marriage, to be split equally.
Their divorce took an ugly turn after JWoww accused Mathews of domestic abuse and mistreating their children late last month. After a few back and forth between the two, the latter eventually begged for a truce with the “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” star for the sake of their children. “I want you to be happy and I deserve to be happy as well. Happy parents make for happy kids. We owe them this. I be willing to give you a hug at the end of the day as a truce offering,” he said.
JWoww and Mathews met in 2010 while she was still filming “Jersey Shore” and tied the knot in October 2015. They welcomed their first child, Greyson Valor Mathews, in 2014 and their second child, Meilani Alexandra Mathews, in 2016.
