Robert De Niro has been accused of dishing out “gratuitous unwanted physical contact” by a former employee.

In a new lawsuit, Graham Chase Robinson claims she was subjected to hateful and “sexually-charged comments” when she worked at the movie star’s production company, Canal Productions Inc.

Filed on Thursday, October 4 in New York and obtained by Page Six, the lawsuit also accuses De Niro of gender discrimination and wage violations.

“Robert De Niro is someone who has clung to old mores,” the complaint reads. “He does not accept the idea that men should treat women as equals. He does not care that gender discrimination in the workplace violates the law. Ms. Robinson is a casualty of this attitude.”

The plaintiff also claims De Niro treated her as his “office wife” and made her perform household tasks while underpaying her and denying her overtime.

The actor also allegedly urinated during telephone calls with Robinson and would greet her wearing only his pyjamas or a bathrobe, according to the suit.

“Among other things, De Niro would direct Ms. Robinson to scratch his back, button his ties and prod him awake when he was in bed,” Robinson’s suit continues. “De Niro also stood idly by while his friend slapped Ms. Robinson on her buttocks.”

De Niro and his production company partners sued Robinson in August, accusing her of taking cash and frequent flyer miles. She maintains that suit was filed after she had threatened to sue the actor.
