While it was previously reported that Kim spent the day by ‘s side at the hospital, fans may be left wondering why Khloe skipped the gathering. Turns out the 32-year-old opted to spend Turkey Day with her beau Tristan Thompson.

A source tells E! News that the “” host was celebrating the festivity with the NBA player and a group of their close friends. In a snap shared by one of Khloe’s pals, she’s seen in the kitchen with an apron on.

Despite away from her family, Khloe wrote on her website earlier in the day that she’s most grateful for her “crazy, chaotic, amazing family” during an admittedly “tough” year.

Kim, meanwhile, is being a supportive wife to her husband Kanye, who is still hospitalized for health issues related to sleep deprivation and exhaustion. “Kim is indeed with him and will be by his side for a while today. She plans on going to eat with her family later and the kids,” an insider says.
