Hollywood can be a pretty scary place and, if celebrities come out of the closet, there’s a possibility that their careers can be negatively affected which is definitely an unfortunate fact. Consequently, many stars seem to take the subtle route instead of shouting from the rooftops that they are in fact gay! 1. Charlie Sheen
Charlie Sheen (born as Carlos Irwin Estevez) is notorious for spending nearly a hundred thousand dollars on prostitutes , but for years everyone thought this was a woman only venture: as it turns out, however, Mr.Sheen happens to swing both ways. In recent news it was revealed that Sheen has been paying substantial amounts of money in order to keep a scandalous sex tape out of the public eye, and the tape involves his intimate time spent with ANOTHER MAN (something he didn’t want to have leaked). But the truth always comes out.
2. Ian McKellan
76 year old Ian McKellan – best known as Gandalf from “Lord of The Rings” said that he had been using acting as a ‘disguise’ to hide his sexuality and that he was ashamed of who he was.But when acting became about ‘telling the truth’, the X-Men actor decided he had to come out in 1988 at the age of 49. He said: ‘I regret and always will that I didn’t see the significance of coming out at a much earlier date because I think I would have been a different person and a happier one also.’
3. Megan Fox
Even though she is married to actor Brian Austin Green, Fox confirmed that she is bisexual in 2011. The ‘Tranformer’s’ star told Esquire magazine: “I have no question in my mind about being bisexual. I’m also a hypocrite: I would never date a girl who was bisexual, because that means they also sleep with men, and men are so dirty that I’d never want to sleep with a girl who had slept with a man.” Yes people, those words came from her mouth, but hey, atleast shes honest right?
4. Amber Heard
Despite the fact that she is married to the mega star Johnny Depp, Heard has said that she is absolutely bisexual, and she has the relationship record to prove it: Heard dated Tasya van Ree for four years before moving onto Depp.Heard told Elle Magazine back in 2013 that she, “Didn’t want to look like she was hiding anything. I’m not, and wasn’t ever, ashamed.”. Heard originally came out in 2010 at GLAAD’s 25th anniversary event, but made sure to specify that she doesn’t like to be labeled or to label herself; she considers herself as a “free” person who wants to pursue what she wants as it appeals to her.
5. Anderson Cooper
In 2012, Anderson Cooper came out as gay after keeping his sexuality private for years.Cooper wrote an email that he allowed his friend to publish on the The Daily Beast website, “The fact is, I’m gay, always have been, always will be. And I couldn’t be any more happy, comfortable with myself, and proud.” quoted from the himself, yours truly, Anderson Cooper!
